MEMBERSHIPS

Autopay and Prepaid Memberships provide one class per day waitlisted or attended on operation days.

WAITLIST AND CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to have a clear and fair system for our waitlist to take care of as many members as we can.

  1. If you are waitlisted, treat it as confirmed:

When you are waitlisted, treat it like you are booked for the class. Be ready to show up on a moment's notice in case the waitlist in case someone drops out of the class.

  1. It falls on you to remove yourself from the waitlist:

If you can't make it after all, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

  1. Keep your notification settings updated:

To stay updated on changes, keep your app notifications updated.

  1. Late Fees and No-Show Charges:

Once you are transition from the waitlist to confirmed, late-fees and no-show fees will apply in case of tardiness or absence. We're grateful for your teamwork in managing your appointments to avoid any penalties.

  1. Think about other members:

Being mindful of fellow members waiting for a spot is greatly appreciated. Cooperating with us helps keep things fair for everyone. Class must be cancelled beforehand to prevent these charges.

BOOKING

BOOKING AND CHECKING IN:

Arrive 15 minutes early to class, there is NO ENTRY to classes already in session for late arrivals. If you aren't checked in 5 minutes before class, your spot may be given to someone else. Once class starts, you will be marked as no-show.

ATTENDING BACK TO BACK CLASSES

For safety and insurance policies, no-one is allowed to book classes back-to-back. Unlimited membership members can use the space for open gym before or after the class. This is for the safety of our members.

MANAGING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

It is important to note that members are solely responsible for managing their own membership. Memberships can be managed through your account or sending us an email at KOMMUNITY BOX-FIT email.  It is the member’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the terms of the membership which I clearly laid out in the signed contract of your purchase. 

FOR ALL MEMBERSHIPS

In the event that the “Member” and/or “Buyer” wishes to cancel his/her membership he/she shall give (30) days written notice of cancellation of this agreement to the KOMMUNITY BOX-FIT gym upon where the membership is held. Upon receipt of the said written notice, the “Member” and/or “Buyer” initiates the cancellation process. He/she has a right to buy out the unused portion of the membership agreement at the rate of one half (50%) of the monthly dues multiplied by the remaining months of the agreement term. The member and/or buyer agrees that he/she may not cancel his/her membership while his/her dues are in arrears. The “Member” and/or “Buyer” further agrees that failure on his/her part to take advantage of the privileges of membership shall not relieve the “Member” and/or “Buyer” from liability for any dues owing. The dues will continue automatically on a month by month basis until written cancellation is received and the agreement is bought out accordingly. No refunds, transfers or extensions will be given on prepaid memberships. Prepaid memberships may be put on hold with medical note.

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS

Recurring memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 2 weeks, and a maximum of 3 months in a contract term. A $7 + tax per freeze request and adjustment. Class packs and intro offers cannot be held.
